Mana
Mana is your ability to manipulate the fabric of reality. It fuels your Powers. Living beings naturally regenerate Mana at the rate of 1 point each night of restful sleep. However, non-living beings (The Cursed, The Forgotten) only regenerate Mana through magical means.
Mana is the character's ability to adjust, mold, and create the world around them.
When you reach Zero Mana, you enter Suspension until fed blood.
